An understanding of soil and rock properties, along with those of the proposed construction materials, is essential for the success of any construction project.
RSK’s laboratories, which are UKAS-accredited to ISO 17025, can undertake soil testing in accordance with BS1377 and offer a full range of tests including compaction and shear strength testing, including triaxial, shear box, ring shear, unconfined compressive strength and Brazilian tensile strength tests.
We also have UKAS accreditation for some aggregate testing to BS812 and offer tests on some concrete and other construction materials.
